About Workshops

  • Yes, you do. The Energiser is our mandatory first stepโ€”a 3-hour diagnostic session that identifies what your team actually needs (not what you think they need). We use DiSC profiling, assess where energy's leaking, and map out the right workshop for you. Think of it as the difference between guessing and knowing.

  • The Energiser accommodates up to 20 people. For Shake-Up workshops, we can handle larger groups, but the sweet spot is 15-30 people. Need something bigger? Let's chat about breaking into multiple sessions or adapting the format.

  • Half-day (3-4 hours) is your focused resetโ€”we tackle the problem, give you practical tools, and get you back to work with momentum. Full-day (6-7 hours) goes deeper with more implementation time, so changes actually stick. Both deliver results, just different depths.

  • Both. I have ready-made Shake-Ups that tackle the most common team challenges (communication, clarity, accountability, energy). But if your team needs something specific, we'll design the right workshop together after The Energiser session.

  • Absolutely. I'm based in Brisbane but work with teams across Queensland, Australia, and internationally (yes, even via Zoom when needed). Travel outside Brisbane CBD may include additional costs depending on location.

  • Everything you need: pre-workshop consultation, all session materials, DiSC profiles (where applicable), facilitation, post-session resources, and follow-up support.

    No hidden fees, no surprise invoices. Travel costs outside Brisbane may apply.

  • Because we don't wing it. The Energiser identifies your team's actual challenges first. Then we design (or select) the workshop that addresses those specific issues. Plus, we focus on practical actionsโ€”not theoryโ€”so your team leaves with tools they'll actually use.

  • Perfect. That means they've been to boring ones. My workshops are the opposite of death-by-PowerPoint. There's real talk, practical work, and enough energy to keep people engaged. Even the cynics show up differently.

  • All packages include web and print usage rights for your business or property. You'll receive both web-optimised and high-resolution files, plus a simple licence summary explaining exactly how you can use the images โ€” no legal jargon.

  • Yes. While face-to-face delivers the best energy and connection, I facilitate high-impact virtual sessions for teams who need it. Same content, same outcomes, adapted for screens.

  • It depends on the event format, audience size, and location. Get in touch with details about your event and I'll send you a quote.

  • Performance, accountability, energy management, team dynamics, and how to actually love Mondays.

    I can tailor content to your event theme, or deliver one of my signature talks. Either way, expect practical insights delivered with energy (and a few laughs).

  • Yes! So many Iโ€™ve lost count! Conferences, corporate events, team daysโ€ฆ I bring the energy, keep things moving, and make sure your event doesn't drag. I read the room, adapt on the fly, and ensure your audience stays engaged from start to finish.

  • Just a microphone, a screen (if we're using slides), and a bit of pre-event info about your audience. I'll handle the rest. If there's AV or technical requirements, we'll sort that during planning.

The Rest

  • If you need to reschedule, give me at least 14 days' notice and we'll find a new date. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee (we'll cover this in the booking agreement).

  • Yes. I've worked with councils, TAFE, state government, and other public sector teams. Happy to navigate procurement processes and provide whatever documentation you need.
