What exactly is The Energiser and do we really need it?

The Energiser is a focused 3-hour session that gives your team their energy back. We use eDiSC profiling to pinpoint where each individual is excelling and where they could improve — all with one goal: helping your team work smarter, not harder. It's the perfect first step for teams who want clarity before committing to a full workshop series.

How many people can attend a workshop?

For Shake-Up workshops, group size isn't a problem. Sessions have run from as few as 5 up to over 100 participants. For larger groups, we can split into multiple sessions or adapt the format to fit your needs.

What's the difference between a half-day and full-day workshop?

Half-day (3-4 hours) is a focused reset — we tackle the problem, give you practical tools, and get you back to work with momentum. Full-day (6-7 hours) goes deeper with more implementation time, so changes actually stick. Both deliver results, just at different depths.

Do you travel outside Brisbane?

Absolutely. Based in Brisbane but working with teams across Queensland, Australia, and internationally (including via Zoom when needed). Travel outside Brisbane CBD may include additional costs depending on location.

What's included in the workshop investment?

Pre-workshop consultation, session materials, eDiSC profiles (for The Energiser), facilitation, post-session resources, and a follow-up check-in. No hidden fees. No surprise invoices. Travel costs outside Brisbane may apply.

What if our team hates workshops?

These are my favourite teams! It usually means they've attended boring workshops. My workshops are the opposite of death-by-PowerPoint. No role plays. What you get instead is real talk, practical work, and enough energy to keep everyone engaged — even the cynics show up differently.

Can we do workshops virtually?

Yes. Nothing beats the energy and connection of The Shake Up in person, but high-impact virtual sessions are available when teams need them. Same content, same outcomes — just adapted for screens.

Do you still do 1:1 coaching?

Not anymore. The focus is now entirely on team workshops, corporate speaking, and MC work. For individual coaching, referrals to excellent coaches in the network are available.

We use DiSC profiling, assess where energy's leaking, and map out the right workshop for you. Think of it as the difference between guessing and knowing.
The Energiser accommodates up to 20 people. For Shake-Up workshops, we can handle larger groups, but the sweet spot is 15-30 people. Need something bigger? Let's chat about breaking into multiple sessions or adapting the format.
