We use eDiSC profiling to pinpoint where each individual is nailing it and where they could improve โ€” all with one goal in mind: helping your team work smarter, not harder. Think of it as the difference between guessing and actually knowing.

  • For Shake-Up workshops, group size isnโ€™t a problem โ€” weโ€™ve run sessions from as few as 5 up to over 100. No hard limits โ€” if your group is bigger, letโ€™s chat about splitting into multiple sessions or adapting the format to fit your needs.

  • Half-day (3-4 hours) is your focused resetโ€”we tackle the problem, give you practical tools, and get you back to work with momentum. Full-day (6-7 hours) goes deeper with more implementation time, so changes actually stick. Both deliver results, just different depths.

  • I have a dozen ready-made Shake Up topics that tackle the most common team challenges โ€” communication, clarity, accountability, standards, goals, energy, and more.
